Completed Projects
The various drawings featured in this box such as the ones here are all taken from real projects that we have undertaken for clients. These represent a range of new-build and extension work in many different situations.
The format of each drawing is governed by its eventual use with representative elevations and street scenes prepared for planning and detailed construction drawings being prepared for submission to Building Control.

Typical Projects
Domestic Extensions
Much of our work comprises designing and acquiring the key permissions for the construction of domestic extensions. This work includes planning and building control consent as well as advising on methods of construction.
Construction Support
We frequently work with clients who are project managing their own construction projects both for new build and extensions. We are able to provide the necessary support in order to help with the completion of the work.
New Build
We have helped many clients to achieve their dream of building a new home as well as working with developers to build homes for others. Whilst many of our clients have followed the traditional route of employing a main contractor to oversee the project, several have used the self-build route.
Drawing Preparation
Some clients only require drawings to be produced where, for example, they have acquired property with planning permission already in place and then wish to move forward with full working drawings. We produce drawings to a high standard ready for work to begin.
Barn Conversions
We have undertaken a number of barn conversions based upon existing structures in a variety of initial states of repair. The planning implications of such conversions as well as compliance with the various regulations require special attention.
Planning Assessments
We frequently act for clients by making representations to Local Authorities where potential development is being considered in advance of the submission of a formal planning application. By looking at the various options available we can frequently maximize the potential of client’s sites.
